Welcome to the IHF 2026 Annual Conference 

 

The Irish Hotels Federation will host the 2026 Annual Conference and Showtel Exhibition at the Gleneagle Killarney, Co. Kerry from Monday 23rd - Tuesday 24th February 2026. On the following pages you will be able to book your additional functions and accommodation. Please see the event website here for further information before making your selection.


Each attendee must register individually. Please note that your first two attendees as exhibitors are entitled to up to two complimentary lunches per stand per day. Third and subsequent attendees must select and pay for additional lunches required.

Gleneagle Hotel

The Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney is a lively, 4-star hotel located just minutes from Killarney National Park and the town center. It offers comfortable rooms and apartments, extensive leisure facilities including a 25-metre pool, gym, sauna and sports courts. With free parking, a shuttle to town and plenty of amenities, it’s a convenient and welcoming base for exploring Killarney.

Rooms will not be available to book directly with the Gleneagle Hotel. They must be booked and paid for here.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

  • Payments are accepted by Visa/MasterCard or via Bank Transfer/EFT. When paying by Electronic Funds Transfer please email bank proof of payment together with delegate name/s to ihf2026@advantagegroup.ie once the payment has been made.
  • From 5 February, 2026 all payments must be by credit or debit card.
  • Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, paid in full and received a confirmation by email.

Cancellation Policy (Registration):
Cancellations must be received by email to ihf2026@advantagegroup.ie

  • Cancellations received before 7 February 2026 are without penalty.
  • From 7 February 2026 onwards, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.

Cancellation Policy (Accommodation bookings):
Cancellations must be received by email to ihf2026@advantagegroup.ie

  • Cancellations received within 3 days of registration are without penalty.
  • For cancellations received on or before 12 February, 2026, a €50 cancellation charge will apply.
  • From 13 February 2026 onwards, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.

Substitution (participant name change) is possible by sending an email to ihf2026@advantagegroup.ie. An administration charge of €50 applies.

 

Data Protection Policy:
By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for members of the IHF, the venue and Advantage Group (our Professional Conference Organisers) to contact you about any aspect of the Conference by e-mail or by telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications about the Conference and post Conference associated industry material.

Video and Photography Consent:
Please be advised that filming and/or photography will be taking place at the Conference. By registering for the Conference you are giving your consent for the photographer, the IHF, the venue and Advantage Group to take the images and to use them throughout the world in all and any media, including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited.

PLEASE NOTE:

Registration fees as below are in EURO currency and include VAT @ 23% for Conference events and 13.5% for Accomodation.

Our card payment technology has built in 3D Secure 2 protection and fraud management and includes a two step authentication process. If your card payment is initially declined, please contact your bank in the first instance to ensure 3DS2 is activated for the card you are using for payment and that they are aware that you need to make an international payment from your account if your account is based outside of Ireland.

To protect your privacy, if it is the case that your card payment is declined, we cannot see the reason for this. You will have to contact your bank for further information.

Shortly after successful submission of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder prior to contacting us if you do not receive such an email.

You will then receive a confirmation email which indicates that your registration has been successfully submitted. To pay by card, select the "Pay online by VISA/Mastercard" button below which will bring you to a new page where you can enter your card details for payment.

To pay by EFT/Bank Transfer, select the “Pay by EFT/Bank Transfer” button below and then press the blue Submit button on the bottom right of this page. You will then receive a confirmation email which indicates that your registration has been successfully submitted" If you require a Purchase Order to be added to this invoice, please complete your registration and then email us with the Purchase Order information to ihf2026@advantagegroup.ie and we can re-issue your invoice to include the required details.

Please note: EFT Payments are to be made to the bank account shown on the invoice. You will be paying Advantage PCO and not the IHF.
