- Registration fees include conference attendance on 25th September 2024.
- Payments are accepted by debit/credit card.
- Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, paid in full and received a confirmation by email.
- Please note that the registration fees do not include travel expenses or hotel accommodation.
- Registration closes at 12 noon (Irish time) on Friday 20th September 2024.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received by email to iticconf2024@advantagegroup.ie
- Cancellations received on or before 8th September 2024 are without penalty
- 50% Cancellation fee charged from 9th September to the 15th September 2024 inclusive
- 100% Cancellation fee charged from 16th September 2024 onward
- Substitution (participant name change) is possible by email but an administration charge of €25 applies.
Covid-19 Statement:
In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic and because our conference participants’ health and well-being are our highest priority, ITIC, in conjunction with Advantage Group (our Professional Conference Organisers) are working closely with the Dublin Royal Convention Centre and all event partners to develop and implement health and safety measures and biosafety best practices for the 2024 ITIC Conference in Dublin. However, since the health and safety needs and concerns of each individual may differ, we strongly recommend that each participant carefully evaluates their own personal circumstances prior to registering for and/or attending the conference in-person. Your attendance at the conference is completely voluntary and, as such, your attendance is at your own risk.
Data Protection Policy:
By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for members of ITIC and Advantage Group (our Professional Conference Organisers) to contact you about any aspect of the conference by e-mail or by telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications about the conference and post conference associated industry material.
Video and Photography Consent:
Please be advised that filming and/or photography will be taking place at the conference. By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for the photographer, ITIC, Dublin Royal Convention Centre (venue) and Advantage Group to take the images and to use them throughout the world in all and any media, including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited.
