Registration

The 2022 EUROLOG Conference will be held from 28-30 March, 2023 at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dublin, Ireland. 

Conference registration includes all conference sessions, a Welcome Gala Dinner in the Royal Marine Hotel on the 28th of March, a traditional Irish Social evening in Nancy Hands Bar and Restaurant on the 29th of March, and tea/coffee breaks and light lunches on the conference days for which you are registered.

Please note attendance at social events (Welcome Gala Dinner and Traditional Irish social evening) is included in 2 and 3 day registrations only.

The conference will be held in accordance with the applicable Irish government public health guidelines on Covid-19.

Since Sunday 6 March 2022 travellers to Ireland are not required to show proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a negative PCR test result upon arrival. There are no post-arrival testing or quarantine requirements for travellers to Ireland. Any individual that develops COVID-19 symptoms while in Ireland should follow the HSE guidance in relation to isolation and undertaking antigen or PCR testing as appropriate.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Registration fees include conference attendance for the days pertaining to your registration for a maximum of 3 days from 28th to 30th March 2022.
  • Payments are accepted by Visa/MasterCard or via Bank Transfer/EFT. When paying by Electronic Funds Transfer please email bank proof of payment together with delegate name/s to the registration office eurolog2022@advantagegroup.ie once the payment has been made. From 12th August all payments must be by Credit Card.
  • Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, paid in full and received a confirmation by email.
  • Please note that the registration fees do not include travel expenses or hotel accommodation.
  • Online registration closes at midnight (Irish time) on Sunday 19th March 2023 after which onsite registration applies.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received by email to eurolog2022@advantagegroup.ie

  • Cancellations received on or before 15 December, 2022 are without penalty
  • 30% Cancellation fee charged between 16th December, 2022 and 12th January, 2023 inclusive
  • 50% Cancellation fee charged between 13th January, 2023 and 16th February, 2023 inclusive
  • 75% Cancellation fee charged between 17th February, 2023 and 16th March, 2023 inclusive
  • 100% Cancellation fee charged from 17th March onward

Substitution (participant name change) is possible by email to the above address. Please note a €25 administration charge applies. Should there be a change in fees the difference must be paid if higher and cannot be refunded if lower.

Covid-19 Statement:
In light of the COVID-19 global pandemic and because our conference participants’ health and well-being are our highest priority, EUROLOG in conjunction with Advantage, our Conference Organisers, are working closely with all venues and event partners to develop and implement health and safety measures and biosafety best practices for the EUROLOG Conference in Dublin. However, since the health and safety needs and concerns of each individual may differ, we strongly recommend that each participant carefully evaluates their own personal circumstances prior to registering for and/or attending the conference in-person. Your attendance at the conference is completely voluntary and, as such, your attendance is at your own risk.

By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for members of EUROLOG, the Royal Marine Hotel and Advantage Group (our Professional Conference Organisers) to contact you about any aspect of the conference by e-mail or by telephone. You are also consenting to receive email marketing communications about the conference and post conference associated industry material.

Video and Photography Consent:
Please be advised that filming and/or photography will be taking place at the conference. By registering for the conference you are giving your consent for the photographer, EUROLOG, Royal Marine and Advantage Group to take the images and to use them throughout the world in all and any media, including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited.
